1. Nature of the Platform

PixelPulse provides entertainment and trading services, including prediction markets, arcade games, and peer-to-peer trading. These activities are speculative. No returns are guaranteed, and historical performance does not predict future results.

2. Prediction Market Risks

When trading on The Oracle, you are buying and selling shares that settle at $1 (winning outcome) or $0 (losing outcome). Prices fluctuate based on supply, demand, and market sentiment. You may not be able to sell your shares before a market resolves, and resolved shares have no residual value.

Market outcomes may be delayed or resolved in a way you disagree with.
Oracle markets depend on third-party data sources and administrator review.
Liquidity may be limited for less popular markets.
You can lose your entire stake if the market resolves against your position.

3. Arcade Game Risks

Arcade games are games of chance. Outcomes are provably fair and independently verifiable, but the house has a mathematical edge. Long-term play is expected to result in losses. Bonus funds, free credits, and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly.

4. Crypto and Gift Card Risks

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. The USD value of a BTC deposit can rise or fall before it is used. Gift card and token liquidations are offered at a discount and require manual review — offers may be lower than the face value, and you are not obligated to accept an offer.

5. Peer-to-Peer Trading Risks

P2P trades, skin sales, and gift card exchanges involve counterparty risk. While escrow protects funds, disputes may take time to resolve, and not all trades complete successfully. You are responsible for verifying the identity and reputation of your trading partner.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trades, bets, and conversions are your own decisions. We do not recommend any particular trade or market.

7. Responsible Gambling

The Platform may experience downtime, bugs, API failures, or blockchain delays. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but are not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond our control, including smart contract failures, exchange outages, or network congestion.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country, state, or territory. Some jurisdictions prohibit online prediction markets, sports betting, or gaming. Do not use the Platform if such activities are illegal where you live.
