1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixelPulse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to participate in prediction markets, sports betting, and online gaming in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. PixelPulse Services

PixelPulse operates:

The Oracle — a Polymarket-style prediction market exchange where users can buy and sell Yes/No shares on sports, esports, crypto, politics, and news events.
Arcade Games — provably fair games of chance and skill.
Marketplace — peer-to-peer trading of skins, game accounts, gift cards, and game tokens.
Gift Card & Token Liquidation — users may submit gift cards or game tokens for BTC conversion subject to admin review.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Prediction markets, arcade games, and crypto trading involve substantial risk. You may lose all or part of your deposited funds. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances

All balances are displayed in USD for gameplay convenience. Crypto deposits (BTC) are converted to USD at the time of deposit using current market rates. Gift card and token liquidations are processed after manual review and settled in BTC to your wallet balance.

Withdrawals are processed through the same manual queue as token conversions. Minimum thresholds and network fees may apply.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use the Platform if you are under 18.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate markets or games.
Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
Provide false information, including fake gift card codes or stolen assets.
Use the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

7. Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling

Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion periods through the Responsible Gambling settings. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to deposit, trade, or play. We strongly encourage the use of these tools.

8. Market Resolution

All Oracle markets resolve at a fixed $1 per winning share and $0 per losing share. Resolution may occur automatically from supported third-party APIs or manually by Platform administrators. Cancelled markets are redeemed at $0.50 per share where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

PixelPulse and its operators are not liable for losses arising from market volatility, external API failures, network delays, or user error. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
